The Clearwater community sailing center's Carlisle room is available for rent for your function. The Carlisle room holds up to 100 guests for a seated dinner function (1485 sq. ft. 33' x 45'). The Carlisle room and balcony affords one of the best views of Clearwater bay available. All areas of the Clearwater Community Sailing Center are fully handicap accessible. Weekday rates

Rental rates includes up to four hours rental for the event, 1 hour set up and 1 hour clean up, use of dance floor and table and chair set up and take down. Additional hours @ $125 per hour.+ tax

A $150.00 + tax non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve room. Complete balances due 30 days prior to event.
