Carlisle Room
Our Waterfront Banquet Room and Veranda
The Clearwater Community Sailing Center’s Carlisle room and Calio Veranda are available for weddings, parties and corporate meetings.
The Carlisle Room features a lovely waterfront view of Clearwater Bay and will accommodate 90 people. The room and measures 33’ x 45’.
The attached Veranda accommodates 100 people and measures 35’ x 35’.
This facility offers a total of 2710 sq ft of waterfront space for most types of occasions. Our location offers you the best Sunset and Sunrise for your party.
Clearwater Beach’s Sand Key Park, across the street our facility, is a fabulous choice for a casual beach wedding!
Carlisle Room and Veranda Rates:
Rental rate includes up to 8 hours of room rental, table/chair set up and take down for both the veranda and Carlisle room.
Friday: $1500
Saturday:$1700
Sunday: $1400
Weekday rates: (Tues-Thurs) $650
Hourly charge for rentals over 8 hours: $225
Dance floor set up fee: $250
A $200 plus tax non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the room. The complete balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Decorated Veranda
Catering
Starting April 1, 2011, caterers using this facility must be on our preferred caterer list or pay a $200.00 usage fee to the sailing center. Caterers interested in becoming listed as a preferred caterer should contact Kelly at 727-517-7776.
