Sail Clearwater's Venue on the Bay

Located on the beautiful intracoastal, the Clearwater Community Sailing Center is home to an indoor room and outdoor, covered deck space. With breath taking views of Clearwater Bay, our venue is an ideal location to for your special occasion! The space accommodates 120 guests in an intimate, but open floor plan setting. Our room is a blank canvas for you to make your occasion unique.
Room Rental Pricing & Hours:
When you rent our venue the room and deck are available to you that day from 9AM – 11PM. The time block needs to include decorating, the event and clean up. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Our staff will set the tables and chairs up for you by 11am on the day of your event. All other set up and decorating is DIY.
To reserve the date a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the final total is necessary. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you would like to view the venue.
Room Rental 9AM-11PM $2250+ tax
Hourly rental rate: $300 + tax
*Prices and availability subject to change during holiday and regatta seasons. Please note from 9am-5pm the sailing center does hold regular business hours. Members and guests of CCSC will not be permitted in the upstairs event space if there is an event.
